Mild, golden and naturally sweet — the everyday jar, cold-extracted by hand and never blended.
Rich and warm — the classic rainforest honey.
Heady, balsamic and distinctly Leatherwood.
Powerful floral spice that fills the mouth.
Aromatic and persistent — the honey that converts sceptics.
Our bees forage ancient Leatherwood trees (Eucryphia lucida) flowering deep in Tasmania's UNESCO World Heritage wilderness. Cold-extracted to protect its delicate floral compounds — raw, unblended and proudly Tasmanian.
Endemic to Tasmania — it cannot be produced anywhere else on earth.

Pure, unheated honey naturally sets over time — a sign of quality, not a fault. To return it to liquid, stand the jar in warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently. Never boil or microwave.
